AUGUSTA, Maine — The Maine Department of Agriculture’s (DACF) Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Show (DACF) is a great opportunity to connect, learn and interact with other exhibitors and presenters.

ATS is a place to make business advisory connections, attend presentations on emerging trends and topics, and connect with the people and organizations that support Maine’s agricultural and natural resources. Please mark January 10-12, 2023 in your calendar! Event highlights are available now. More details and opportunities will be announced as preparations for ATS are made.

Show dates and location

  • Tuesday, January 10, 2023 – from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 11, 2023 – from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 12, 2023 – from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • The Augusta Community Center is located at 76 Community Drive, Augusta, ME 04330

Where to get information and what to expect

  • There is no ticket or fee to attend the show – some conference sessions may require pre-registration and/or a registration fee.
  • Visit st Maine Agricultural Show web page for a news and information show.
  • View a digital map – To find out where certain topics of interest will be posted during the broadcast.
  • Search the member directory – There will be dozens of businesses and organizations in the AUS that will help your business at any stage, organizations that will sell your products, and financial resources. You can also get coaching support from service providers. Check frequently to see how members are updating their profiles.
  • View the approximate schedule of events – There will be certification credits, food and agriculture updates, and lots to learn and explore every day! Conference sessions take place on the first and second floors of the venue, and educational events take place on the main stage in the center of the auditorium.
  • Subscribe to show news – Or update your current email subscription options.
  • Check your local paper on Friday, December 16, 2022 Real Maine Edition, Winter in Maine Agriculture. You can read and save a printed preview of the show.
  • Help spread the word about the show by sharing MDACF is social and news updates.
  • or, tell us if you need help reach farmers, food producers and other agricultural businesses by sharing non-digital information about useful news and events.

Visit the audition post during the show!

The Listening Post is a can’t-miss spot for useful information during the show. Three big things happen in this room located off the first floor lobby venue.

  1. Find important resources. Throughout the space you will find contact lists and information to help your farm or food business.
  2. Meets and greets. Held daily at 10am, 12pm/noon and 2pm. You are invited to sit down, enjoy light refreshments and meet the people who help support Maine’s farms, food and agricultural businesses.
  3. Business consulting. You can book a time in advance or find an appointment. The list of times, topics and participants will be updated as the show progresses, check the ATS web page often to book an appointment before the show!
