The winch design provides a “bright, distinctive” Global Jet jet

London-based Winch Design has unveiled a unique interior design for the Bombardier Global 5000 business jet with an art wall on the aft bulkhead. The design was part of a major renovation of the 10-year-old Global, whose owner wanted to create a “bright and distinctive space.”

The artistic wall served as a starting point for interior design. It was commissioned as an original piece of art and painted directly on the bulkhead using fully certified materials. The piece is inspired by the Japanese artist Kazua Shirago.

The rest of the interior draws color from the art wall. The seat has been completely redone using light colored leather. Other features include embossed stitched leather dividers and a custom tufted carpet with a geometric pattern.

The cabin was updated by AeroVisto in Switzerland. Bombardier UK has completed internal assembly and maintenance of the aircraft.
