The reason behind Helen Flanagan’s breakup with Scott Sinclair is explained

Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan has revealed why she broke up with her ex-fiancé and Bristol Rovers football player Scott Sinclair. In October, the couple announced the end of their relationship.

Together since 2009, the couple got engaged in 2018 and first confirmed an official wedding date. They have three children together and are now said to be “committed” to co-parenting.

For the first time since their split, Helen Flanagan has revealed everything that led to the end of her relationship with Scott Sinclair. According to reports, it all happened because of the click of her engagement ring.

The ITV soap star is believed to be “very spiritual” and saw the incident as a bad omen. After talking to a psychic and working hard on the relationship, Helen decided to call off the wedding as she saw it as a sign that she shouldn’t get married.

Speaking to reporters at ITV Palooza, explaining what life has been like since her split from the Bristol Rovers winger, she said: ‘Okay! Life is good! I’m the only one in my house who has the Christmas lights up. We probably are [going to be] at home, I have a new dining room which I am very excited about, so yes, Christmas is at home for me.’

Helen Flanagan first appeared on ITV’s Coronation Street as Rosie Webster in 2000. She was later nominated for Best Performance by a Younger Actor or Actress in a Drama at the British Soap Awards in 2006. Her former partner Scott Sinclair is currently in the midst of a domestic English Football League One season with Bristol Rovers, where he has scored one goal in five appearances.
