2. The last bookstore
The last bookstore it is the state’s largest used and new book store. Sitting in a former bank, visiting here is really like visiting a library from a science fiction novel – you’ll wind your way through endless rows of books, local art that sometimes adorns the walls, and high ceilings that hang over you. The Republic of Clifton is the perfect place enjoy a cocktail and also has an interesting past. The lounge used to be one of the oldest surviving cafeteria-style eateries in Los Angeles. Although it closed in 2018, it reopened as Clifton’s Republic and still has much of the whimsical woodland-themed decor that the cafeteria had.

Here’s a great option for animal lovers! CatCafe Lounge offers guests the opportunity not only to drink a cup of coffee, but also to spend time with charming cats. Even better, the living room cats are adoptable.
6. Haunted Los Angeles

If you want to enjoy some classic fall entertainment, consider a stop at Tanaka Farms. This interactive farm with pumpkins, a market and farm animals is perfect for visitors of all ages!
8. Street Food Cinema
Enjoy delicious street food with an outdoor movie this fall at Street Food Cinema. A wide variety of films are scheduled, from classics like Grease to new hits like Twilight. October also features some scary movies like Beetlejuice.
9. Snow Line Gardens
If you want to head a little further out of town to Oak Glen, Snow-Line Gardens and Winery will make it more than worth your time. Visitors can enjoy wine tasting, delicious apple cider and raspberry donuts.
10. Gardens of Descance
Descance Gardens are beautiful to visit at any time of year, but an autumn visit offers a few extra reasons to add it to your itinerary. For starters, it’s a great place to see fall leaves, which is rare in the Los Angeles area. Carved in the gardens of Descance another reason to visit is the display of gorgeous, intricately carved pumpkins.
