The spicy Sir Racha sauce has added a new twist to its range, introducing a slightly tender sauce that, according to the company, is the first of its kind made in Australia.
The original spicy sauce is made from ripe Australian jalapeno fermented with onions and garlic to distinguish natural sugars. It is then mixed with vinegar to give it a “sour taste”. The sauce contains 2.6 calories, zero grams of fat and only 23 mg of sodium per serving.
Eric Robinson, a spicy sauce developer at Sir Racha, said there is nothing better than a sauce that can be used for everything. “It’s sweet, salty, sour and has a bit of punch. Without added sugar, it is really the main product of the pantry.
Sir Racha is a healthy, all-natural product that supports Australian farmers and families.
