Singapore Airlines flights to Hong Kong are temporarily suspended

Flights from Singapore to Hong Kong from Singapore Airlines (SIA1) (SINGS) temporarily suspended from February 16 to March 1, 2022.

TThe airline said it was appealing to affected customers to offer all necessary assistance and to minimize the inconvenience caused by this failure.

Despite weakening the boundaries of travel around the Asia-Pacific region Hong Kong maintains a strong stance on border restrictions and regularly practices temporary suspension of flights of various airlines as part of its strategies to combat COVID-19. As of February 17, 2022, the Hong Kong government reported 48 new cases of COVID-19.
