Leidos company based in the USA published revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2021 by almost 7% over the same period last year.
For the three-month period ended December 31, 2021, the company had revenue of $ 3.49 billion. In the same quarter a year ago, the figure was $ 3.25 billion.
The company associates growth with organic growth in all reporting segments.
Leidos ’annual revenue for the fiscal year was $ 13.74 billion, up 12% from the $ 12.29 billion recorded in the year ended January 1, 2021.
The company’s quarterly net income for the year fell to $ 176 million from $ 197 million, while diluted earnings per share fell 10% to $ 1.23.
The company’s annual net income in 2021 was $ 759 million compared to the $ 629 million recorded in 2020.
Adjusted EBITDA declined slightly in the fourth quarter to $ 359 million, while adjusted EBITDA margin declined from 11.3% in the 4th quarter of 2020 to 10.3% in the 4th quarter of 2021.
The company’s cash flows from operations totaled $ 210 million in the fourth quarter. For fiscal year 2021, that figure was $ 1.03 billion.
Net bookings in the fourth quarter were $ 3.2 billion and $ 15.5 billion for fiscal 2021.

Leidos provides engineering and research solutions and services to defense and intelligence markets as well as other sectors.
The company recently signed a contract upgrade US Army training simulators.
