GA Telesis announces disassembly of V2500, CFM56-7B, CF6-80C2 and PW4000 engines

GA Telesis has announced another expansion of its inventory of used materials (USM) with the dismantling of two IAE V2500-A5 engines, two CFM56-7B, two General Electric CF6-80C2 and one Pratt & Whitney PW4000 engine.

The GAT Component Solutions team will fully manage the distribution of USM parts from these asset dismantlings, building on its reputation as a leading independent supplier of materials used in operation. The Component Solutions team, part of the Flight Solutions Group (FSG), has planned a record number of engine and glider dismantlings during 2022. Due to significant changes in the future needs of airlines and leasing companies in assets and materials, combined with a large number of planned new aircraft deliveries, FSG has good opportunities to maintain a leading position in the dismantling and USM segment for many years to come.

The Component Solutions team will strategically position the future of USM in its distribution centers in the US and the UK, and further expansion is planned in the Asia-Pacific region in 2022.
