“Everything Everywhere and At Once” tops the weekly Vudu chart – Media Play News

Three new titles topped the list of the 10 most popular films on the Fandango Vudu transactional digital service for the week ended June 12.

A24 hit All everywhere and at once, available for digital purchase, debuted at No. 1 on the chart. The film stars Michelle Joch as Evelyn Wang, a shocked immigrant mother who is approached from a parallel universe and told that only she can save the world. It is unlikely that the hero must learn to direct his new abilities and fight through the time scales of the multiverse to save his home, his family and himself.

Another new name available for digital purchase is Lionsgate’s The unbearable burden of mass talent, took 2nd place in the chart. Nicholas Cage in the role of himself in the film. A fictional version of Cage, which is not realized and awaits financial collapse, accepts an offer of a million dollars to visit the birthday of a dangerous superfan (Pedro Pascal). Things take an unexpected turn when Cage is recruited by a CIA officer (Tiffany Hadish) and he must use his legendary acting skills, directing his most iconic and beloved characters to become a real militant hero.

Debuted at No. 3 on Focus Features’ chart Downton Abbey: A New Era, the second film based on a successful series about the exploits of an aristocratic British family. It became available for digital sale and rental on June 10th.

The comedy of capers DreamWorks Animation remained on the 4th place in the chart Bad guys, available for purchase and rental premium. The animated adventure adventure adventure animated film, distributed by Universal, tells the story of reformed but misunderstood criminal animals who are trying to become good.

Sandra Bulak’s movie The lost city, on sale for rent or purchase in digital form, rose to № 5 in the chart. The film starring Channing Tatum tells the story of a hermit book writer’s tour with his model from the cover, who is caught in an abduction attempt that leads them both to a horrific adventure in the jungle.
