Following its acquisition by Complete Aircraft Group this summer, Aerocare Aviation Services Limited (AASL) has successfully completed the modification of its state-of-the-art paint shop at its headquarters in Chester, UK. The investment is a key part of its future growth strategy, which will see the door opening extended to 22 meters to meet a surge in demand for repaints on larger aircraft, including the Embraer Legacy 600 and Bombardier Challenger 850. .
“As part of our new ownership, we are making significant investments in real estate, equipment and workforce for the aircraft operators and owners we serve,” said Peter Mankelow, managing director of AASL. “This modification, together with our own increasing capabilities and agreements, ensures a constant quality of service for existing customers. We are pleased to offer a competitively priced alternative option for new customers who wish to either refresh the look of their aircraft or opt for a completely new VVIP look and finish,” he added.
Aerocare Aviation Services Limited has a Part 145 workshop located adjacent to the preparation and paint facility, providing a complete one-stop solution for maintenance, repairs, interior repairs and modifications.
A recent customer to benefit from Aerocare’s advanced maintenance and painting services is Burrows Aerospace, an independent UK specialist aircraft sales and acquisition organization led by Simon Burrows. Having recently completed the acquisition of the Embraer Phenom 300 on behalf of Catreus Aviation, which has three Phenom 300s on its AOC, Burrows Aerospace decided to use the expertise of Aerocare Technical Services to support the type’s EASA to FAA conversion, service entry and painting. .
