A new Saudi aviation center has been completed

The Royal Air Force of Saudi Arabia (RSAF) used its new air warfare center at King Abdulaziz Air Base on the Persian Gulf to conduct the “Codes of Victory 2022” exercise, which began on 13 February.

The Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia said that the exercises involved the ground, naval and air defense forces of the kingdom, as well as elements of the National Guard and State Security. Bahrain, Pakistan and the United States are also involved.

The Ministry of Defense has released photos and videos showing the participating planes at a facility that shows satellite imagery, recently built on the southwest side of King Abdulaziz Air Base.

U.S. company Tutor Perini announced in December 2018 that the U.S. Air Force had signed a $ 104 million contract with it to design and build new facilities for RSAF, saying work should be completed by mid-2021.

The company’s website later identified the project as an Air Warfare Center at King Abdulaziz Air Base, saying it consisted of 31,400 m
